Mikee AI provides done-for-you and done-with-you AI marketing systems — including copy, ads, graphics, landing pages, email and SMS follow-up, and related automation — primarily for coaches, consultants, and experts. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the order, proposal, or agreement you accept at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Fees & Payment

Prices and payment terms for each service are presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due in advance, and recurring charges (if any) continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

4. Refunds

Service engagements are backed by the satisfaction terms described at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of downloadable assets and templates, those items are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless stated otherwise. Any specific refund or guarantee terms in your order or agreement control over this general statement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our site or services, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; sending unlawful, unsolicited, or deceptive communications; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfering with the operation of the site or services.

Deliverables created for you are licensed or assigned to you as set out in your engagement; you may not resell or redistribute our templates, frameworks, or proprietary materials without permission.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific business results. Results vary based on your business, market, inputs, and execution. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikee AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
